I wish. pj would be a great fit for roster.
I'm wondering what is the hang up on dealing evan. He's been on trade block for more than a year, yet nothing has materialized. Might be behind the scenes issues.

If we get Canada team RJ this season, it can get nasty. Competition ain’t as strong as in the nba, so we shall see. Thibs has to figure out a way to make plays for him where the floor is spaced, and he has easy access to the paint. A lot of these plays he’s getting away with in fiba, won’t cut it in the league tho. I recall plenty of times he went to his left, drove, and got his sh1t muffed!

His contract size limits potential deals. 18 mill can't give us a young piece (players still on their rookie deal) and he's not a good trade straight up for most players in the 18-20 million dollar range, at least not for players who really fill a need on the Knicks as currently constructed.

I'm thinking they held and continue to hold on for when a contender is desperate for shooting or if they want to make a big deal in the future, he contract size helps cut down on the amount of our depth we'd have to shed.
