When you in the hood or just the subdivision and you 16, 17, 18yrs old -- you begin to learn how to be a 'Big Homie' to the ones thats under you at 12,13,14. Being in Italy all those years then the suburbs of Philly, he neva learned these normal progression of behaviors. So when he became the old guy he was unable to tap into younger guys potential.
