You do realize back ups dont get a lot of reps, especially once the season starts. Its would be a disservice to the guy you have penciled in as a start to miss out on those reps with the rest of the starters

I’m heavily on Shadeur’s side and really want to see him succeed. And I do believe the NFL colluded against him because of who his Pops is. But all the people just blindly support him and not looking at this realistically are really doing him a disservice. They’re ready to build a statue of him after week 1 of the preseason when we really need to wait it out and let things work out. I believe he’s the best QB on that roster but his “hive” is doing too much

Bruh he’s a rookie behind a Super Bowl winning qb that got the browns to the playoffs a year ago, another qb that was a 1st round pick and has starting experience in the NFL and another qb that was drafted ahead of him in the same draft.
