Think about defense like this. If it's man, which they play mostly in the league, then every man has to play D. If you got a player who CANT, then everyone can't give 100 percent in their man. They gotta give 80 percent on their man and 20 percent on the other guy cause the European's 100 percent is about 60 percent. So multiple teammates gotta give his man 20 fu#king percent every play! If we're talking about a short American, then I get it but if you're fu#king 6'7 or above, there's no excuse. Also, you notice on your list, you have all bigs. If you're big, you got the easiest defense assignment; BLOCK SHOTS! What's easier, blocking someone's sh1t you're longer than. Pause. or taking someone's ball who can dribble pretty good? Pause...

Harden, Trae, Ja, Jalen Green, Mitchell, Brunson, Curry, Fox, Kyrie, Scotty Barnes, Lillard, Cade, Lamelo, Halliburton (list goes on) are clearly defensive monsters, American basketball is obviously breeding great defenders in recent years

three best all around defenders in the league i can think of are European: Gobert, Giannis, and Embiid (throw Wemby in there soon also)

yea, born in Cameroon but spent a good chunk of his youth in Europe - i think he could of even played for the French National team
