Nah definitely worth it, Spence Benavidez Shakur Tank and Jermell are my 5 favorite fighters to watch. Benavidez fought J Leon love on the Spence/Garcia card.

Can’t think of a PPV that wasn’t worth the price of admission. Al usually puts together entertaining co main events for Spence fights.

It’s not even about the boogeyman hype nor did I ever care for that, that means very little in boxing.. Spence is basically the Tim Duncan of the welterweights. If you’re a fan of boxing you most likely love Spence stylistically. He’s the most fundamentally sound, controlled aggression fighter out there. All of his fights are action packed.

As far as the Garcia fight, Mikey came into the fight with the intentions of not getting knocked out above actually trying to win. Never exchanged, barely threw any punches. Literally spent 80% of the fight with a high guard barely throwing back.

I definitely agree except about it being disappointing.. the man hasn’t lost.. But fans tend to forget to note the level of competition no tune up fights... He’s fighting the top fighters in his division and still dominating. Who cares about some folklore tales of Spence being some unstoppable force. The fact that he is vulnerable especially after the accident and eye surgery makes it even more compelling.

He’s always been that. I think that’s why he took the remarks about Mikey Garcia being a better boxer so personally.
