Cooks literally has a monopoly on targets in HOU

Need your guys opinion on this:

I’m streaming the Browns defense this week vs. the Bears. Field’s making his first start. Should be a safe result for me.

I also picked up the Titans defense because they play the Jets and Jags in weeks 4 and 5 respectively. They play the Colts this week who could be without Wentz.

Right after I picked up the Titans someone in my league dropped Evan Engram. Right now I’ve only got Kyle Pitts as my TE and he has a bye coming up in week 6.

Daniel Jones is playing well and maybe Engram follows suit. Maybe he becomes and trade piece for me because I’m weak at RB.

So do I wait to see if Wentz is out and the Colts are starting Eason and drop the Browns defense (and use the Titans defense for weeks 3, 4, and 5) and pick up Engram or do I wait a week and risk someone else picking up Engram?

Yeah if he goes after Hendo Im breaking off talks because I cant afford to send him away.

Oh well, gonna offer, worth a shot


Final question, could send either Cooks or Chase, which WR will be better ROS you think? Cooks might be more safe as he is the clear WR1 on his team, more targets... but Chase is very intriguing with Burrow of course.

ROS Chase easy. But I would probably play Cooks this week. Short week with a backup, no real prep for the QB he may have a good game and the Texans coaching seems legit.

I’m actually sitting them both this week lol, unless by Sunday afternoon its known Cooper cant go, then I’ll put Chase in. If Amari can go I’m going Cooper/A-Rob/Rondale.

Cooks has been great so far and I agree about the coaching, but a new unknown rookie QB vs a good defense on a short week.. no thanks. If he goes off great, but I’m not taking the risk tonight.

Oh yeah i didn't realize those were your options lol. I would do the same. Let me ask out of Scary(definitely starting) But between Higgins, Waddle, D. Smith, Gaskin 2 of 3? I'm going to play R. Moore as my WR2 leaning towards D. Smith being that I have Hurts starting (Stafford backup)... and after watching all my games at 1 and getting beat to sh1t last week I want to have a late in the week game.
