See I wasn’t gonna comment on the first quoted post because I didn’t even remember that situation, then I read your post and I thought to myself: this “prenup” doesn’t really seem like an actual prenup.

This sh1t seems like an NDA with massive incentives to never break said agreement.

Not an L to be honest he has kids with her. If they divorce
the children has to maintain the same lifestyle. His
lifestyle is extravagant so this is not a bad deal. I
will say the alimony is high even for what he is
worth. It should be no more than 15 - 20 million.

Because people challenge prenups all the time. So they draft these agreements that are less than a divorce but still a lot.

The caveat is that if they challenge the prenup, they don’t get the agreed amount. It’s designed to discourage the prenup challenge because the guaranteed money is too much to risk losing.
