Many people are having a hard time with their personal income, Target is seen by many as an expensive store which makes places with cheaper options way more appealing. Most targets already don't have enough workers as it is, so things are definitely about to get extremely bleak for them.

I don't think any kind of boycott is the reason they're in this situation but it sure didn't help things. You need customers and to me, the demographic that was demanding Target to alienate was not the demo that was frequenting Target... But that's just my opinion
