A. Teams "lie" about injuries all the time to cover other things. Bill Belichick was the king of having Brady and others on the injury report. Some times it was real and most of the time it wasn't real.

B. How many times in sports have we seen a team stretch a player's injury because their backup is playing well? A 2week turns into indefinite.
