Now what?

I've grown out out of my love of the NBA, and because of that, I can see how silly it is.

Imagine being so passionate about a team you don't play on, or another man's accomplishments - and having knock down drag out arguments about one man's accomplishments over another's.

Dudes be having more fire in their bellies for another man's accomplishments than their own.

Sounds like a bunch of Scrubs and losers who wanted a championship, to play with a championship caliber player, but didn't want to put in the work or effort and discipline to win and achieve the championships.

Let that man R. I. P And stop with the stupid a$s stories just to garnish views and clicks.

Kobe single handedly ruined Dwight Howard's career and bi#ch a$s n1ggas be scared to say it. The sole reason he wasn't a top 75 player. n1ggas talk bout everything else but that bi#ch a$s sh1t he did with the media and turn on Dwight
Crazy cause Dwight played with a super fu#ked up back and Kobe had the nerve to call him soft. lmao. I fu#ked up muscles in my back like a month ago and couldn't walk for days. LITERALLY. Had to get a shot in my back and my sh1t STILL hurts, even though they didn't find any damage. This dude has a vertabrae or some sh1t removed right? Then with a torn labrum in Houston, he averaged 18 and 12 and made 2nd team all NBA. Btw, he made 3rd team all NBA with the Lakers. sh1t crazy huh

Dwight was doing all this sh1t at 6'9 bruh...what are we really talking about. Imagine if he was 7'1!!!!

Riiiiggghhhhttttt…..it had nothing to do with the internal pissing match between the front office or the hiring of a sh1tty a$s coach that didn’t have the proper coaching style to maximize the personnel. Or maybe Steve Nash hanging on just enough to get paid and then retiring. Casual.

Kobe stans used to be the most cancerous fanbase in sports during the height of the Lebron vs Kobe debate until it no longer became a debate. Now Jordan stans took the mantle.
Oh I know, I had my battles with them on here for years
emoji

Kobe stans were at their absolute worst from 2007 to 2010, when Kobe was reaching the Finals and winning rings without Shaq
emoji

Funny thing is, I was vehemently defending Jordan back then because Kobe stans were getting outta control with the Jordan slander. Because back in the late 2000s, when Lebron was ringless, they didn't view him as a threat - instead, they were eager to see Kobe match and surpass Jordan's 6 rings, so Jordan was their enemy. Then when Lebron started collecting rings, Kobe stans and Jordan stans joined forces, so I had to battle both

Kobe flopped with a Superteam now all of a sudden Dwight trash and "soft". Kobe had d1ck eaters all in the media. n1ggas be playing dumb now. Luckily I alive and well I know the truth
Dwight was out there risking his career playing with a bad back, and they had the nerve to call him soft. Then they were stuck in lottery hell the final few seasons of Kobe's career, which served them right
emoji

Then they lucked out and landed Lebron and won another championship, which they don't even claim, that's how entitled and spoiled they are

Kobe had Jordan competitive spirit

But couldn't match Jordans ability to elevate his teammates at all times

Of course Jordan had his run ins, but Kobe was consistently dealing with the chasing Jordans legacy on his shoulders. I think it was too much for him at times if that can be said at all

When a sports league make you the face or one of the faces of their league it puts a ton of pressure on you to succeed for better or worse.

Jordan seems to have deal with it easier than the ones who came behind him

Kobe never had a pippen, and nobody was gonna be that piece for him

Kobe and shaq needed each other in those LA days, but it was never gonna last sad to say.
Jordan had much better and more compatible teammates. Jordan also played in a horrible era that made it easier for him to win.

Scottie Pippen the most underrated player of all time fr.

This

I said this back in 2004 when they played Detroit in the finals…yeah he made the clutch shot but it don’t have to come to that, Shaq was cooking in that game he should have kept playing within the system but he kept taking jumpers over tayshaun prince to prove he could make them. He let the media get in his head it was like he didn’t want anyone else to shine.
That 2004 finals was nasty basketball

And another thing, most Kobe stans are a mix of asians and mexicans. If you’re in the know, then you know those two groups stan the fu#k out of whatever they’re a fan of.

They just can’t help but take it to an obsessive level.
Bad take.

Now that that's out the way, Nelly didn't lie. Not only was old, washed up, sick and flabby Kobe a grouchy old man who was taking up 50% of the salary cap, his legion of d1cksucking stans were making everyone who played with him the scapegoat for the Lakers' sucking ass. That's why its hilarious to see Laker fans now talk shyt about Lebron making others the scapegoat, umm did yall forget Kobe stans used to do the same

Jordan couldn't elevate his teammates either until Phil came along, phil was the one who approached the players from a psychological and philosophical level to get them to buy in and d fish was Kobe's good cop to his bad cop

Imma be real about Kobe,, because I was that same kid trying to emulate MJ on the court. Kobe spent a lot of years overseas and when he did come back to Philly area for high school, it was like a suburban high school. It just certain things you learn from 'kicking it wit the fellas' in that 12-17yr old age range and I think Kobe missed out on that. He didn't relate well to younger players and I'm not surprised ppl didn't wanna fvck wit him.
