Bill Gates said if you provide the developing world more vaccines they'll have less kids because fewer will die in infancy. Thus lowering pop growth. A huge part of why poor people in developing countries have a lot of kids is because of the mortality rate of their children.. they have more because historically many die before adulthood. So what was theorized is that improving their medical outcomes would lead to them having fewer children (like the entire developed world) thus reducing pop. growth.

This is entirely different from saying "I'm going to do a pandemic and then make a vaccine that will kill people".

The fact that this purposeful stupidity has been spread across the entire Internet and people actively believe it makes it hard to listen to anything most of those same idiots have to say.
