Sermon was projected to take over as is so it would "seem" perfect scenario but they're acting like he aint ready and Mitchell is fast...our run blocking is good so they get good holes he can bust through like mostert.

They said sermon was benched because he just wasnt a top 3 back for the game. Can only hope it was some disciplinary sh1t theyre trying to cover up cause early in his career

Yeah that's what I said yesterday.

I guess only time will tell. I don't think the Eagles will be super easy for the Niners to beat this week. I think it's RBBC from here on out. Maybe Sermon gets a little more touches then the rest of the RBs.

Hes on top of the depth chart but doesn't mean anything with Shanny. What concerns me is his speed...if he's just get 3-4 yards a pop and Mitchell comes in and busting big plays could be a nightmare for whoever owns either

They traded up to get him so he'll get his chance I think. I'm just saying wait and see. You didn't draft him as a starter out the gate. I don't think it's time to panic just yet. If in a few weeks he's still getting no time then yeah it's time to panic. Worst case he cost u a late round pick and most players in that range are drafted as upside picks. You can't nail them all.

With SF rb injury history I'd lean he has a solid chance to be a solid FF player eventually. Idk who that team pissed off to be so unlucky with injuries

I dont disagree saying its a coin flip. The same time you can say that you can look and see how they've done in the past and they'll give everybody a chance and the hit hand will get the carries...can go either way.

But myself...it big for me because I drafted mostert with sermon as the handcuff. My depth is fu#ked if sermon doesn't become the main back

Oh I definitely was. But when you are doing those salary cap drafts you can outsmart yourself. I figured it would be all RB and TE touches because the WRs actually suck lol.

One thing about WFT is TH has some experience and playoff experience in which he performed well at that so maybe he will lock in on Scary and Logan if so im super gravy.

Still too early to tell. Real talk Ingram would be first if he keeps being the lead dog. Don't love his situation but he had 20 touches. Gainwell looks to be the #2 and had 10 touches. Tony had 10 carries and could get latavius murray type touches but he got most his work in garbage time.

I'd probably go

Gainwell/ingram are 1a and 1b. Gainwell gets a slight advantage. then Tony jones.

Of course Mitchell over all them but even that aint a guarantee with SF changing backs on the daily

Edit: and of course latavius murray for ravens. I'd probably put him above gainwell.
