Who did what he did for any HBCU? He has lifted that school and has left it in capable hands to move forward without him. He even said it was always his plan.

More people will follow suit, and the shift of the dynamic in power has been impacted enough on his part, now he can get his coaching staff paid and make a bigger impact on a different team.

Instead of being negative about what he is doing how about look at what's he has done and can do for years to come.

All HBCU everything....until the first job comes along and Ill pack up and go there. Regardless if its a sh1tty job like USF or Colorado or something better, Ill be leaving yall high and dry either way. Now most of you arent D1 worthy, but those of you that are Ill bring with me and cripple the Jackson State program for the foreseeable future. Thanks for coming....

Damn that sucks for HBCU football. I mean he did put a spotlight on that option for kids but a few seasons doesn't really hammer it home. Feels kinda like if Malcom X one day just decided to go be the Director of the FBI.
