IQ needs to prove himself in the playoffs before we pay him..

If he showed up last year, he would have been signed. This postseason will be key for him. If he does another no show, not sure if he's worth the money he wants.

Love the Knicks but they been Lawst. If someone said Obi is better than Julius than they need help. You right about their draft ability its been abysmal. Their player development is equally poor.

2020: Toppin over Haliburton, Maxey,

If KP & David Lee are the best draft picks and talent we developed; you understand that this is an organization issue.

There is no new Knicks just the same bullsh1t with different toilet tissue. Can't tell Knicks fans nothing tho. Brunson was a good pick up but we could have drafted him. He is really a second option at best, works hard and skilled but not a star player on a championship team.

Using that logic, how many other teams missed on those players.

Rose has done a better job than anyone we've had in the front office the last 3 decades.

Everything you posted is true for every team that missed out on those players.

With that said, your post shows the importance of scouting and draft picks. We can find talent anywhere in the draft.

It's not about other teams it's about the Knicks. The other teams don't have the Garden or location.

That is a significant amount of talent not picked up. For KP to be the best pick in years is just bad. Sure this is the most "competent" front office in years but Knicks talent acquisition has been nadir and never really picked up. Saying this iteration is the best is not saying much.

Even before this front office the Stoudemire contract was bad, he had bad knees. One allstar year for the knicks then downhill. The Melo acquisition required trading away talent to get him. That made the team non competitive.

Leon Rose and the other execs are not acquiring talent. Randle needed a place to go so NY was a decent choice for him. Rj Barrett will not be a perennial star in this league. That include Quickley and Randle as well. Brunson is a good pickup, like I said earlier he could have been drafted.

I will say they do play hard and will make the playoffs. That is pretty much the ceiling for the team now.

I been a Knick fan since the 90's and been through the up & downs. They need to really need to get personal that can really build a team and draft correctly. They need to get a Masai Ujiri, Jerry West, or other competent builders. They gave Phil Jackson the bag might as well give it to those guys.

IQ DISAPPEARED the entire playoffs. He can't have that again. We need people who can perform in the PLAYOFFS.....

Isn't this why we keep giving sh1t to Randle??? 2 years he's disappeared in the playoffs? Last year I can let that pass because the ankle injury was pretty bad if he had to get surgery for it.
