They might be down to they 3rd string. Then Charlotte supposed to have bad weather. It'll be rainy and FSU average at running the ball. I think the Freshman QB will make a few mistakes and it'll be enough for Louisville. The line opened at -6.5 FSU, its down to -1.5 Vegas knows something.
