Posts like this let me know who truly understands basketball.... So the double teams Kobe drew didn't help everyone else get open shots? Kobe's assist and rebounds didn't go up? What about the clutch shots? All this stat says is Gasol shot more efficiently... You completely disregarded Kobe's play to get them to the finals... This is what happens when talking heads make it more about stats than the actual game. Judging by the tone of your post Kobe could've quit right before the finals and Gasol would've led the Lakers to a title. Also Tatum had 13 assists and was the highest rated defender on the floor tonight. There is more to basketball than fg%. Y'all dudes need y'all on separate sections.
