Eddie Alvarez came from Bellator and won the UFC chip.

Tyron Woodley came from Strike Force and became WW champ. DC made his start in Strikeforce.

Rampage and Shogun came from Pride.

I’m only listing that to say the UFC is easily the biggest MMA org in the world. But I wouldn’t put down fighters that make the cross over.

Just like I seen UFC folks cross over to like a Bellator or PFL and not become champions (though some do like Bader, Anderson, Rory, etc).
