If you believe this you're either too young to have watched Jordan play or mentally retarded. You Bron stans only care about stats. I don't even think most of you dudes watch games.

All Bron has on Jordan is passing. Defense, scoring, shooting, free throws, footwork, clutch, championships, and everything else all goes to Jordan

I was 10 when he retired for the 2nd time. I'm a student of BBall I just believe Lebron >> Jordan

And before you come up with the bullsh*t excuse that Jordan never played a team as good as the Warriors....

The Bulls WERE the team as good as the Warriors. Jordan was the Dynasty. They didn't lose in the Finals like the Warriors did.

Bulls didn't play Game 7s in the Finals

And u just k*lled ur own argument!!!

They WERE the warriors right? Meaning it’d be EEEEEEEEEEEASY to win a ring!!! Cuz they were a stacked a*s team

3 of currys rings came from beating the cavs. He has 4 rings. Let that sink in

Jordan never faced adversity in the finals cuz he always had ballers with him, always had a great squad, AND had the best coach in basketball

So it’s OBVIOUS they would win. They were a STACKED TEAM like THE WARRIORS, playing bad teams. So OF COURSE he got 6 rings.

This goofy MFer is calling LeBron with 6 finals losses a great defender.

what championship team in any sport doesnt have a great “goalkeeper”

you have to stop the other team at the rim. Scottie Pippen did that for Jordan, Draymond did it for Steph.

okay, exactly WHO was playing championship level defense in 2016?

JR Smith, Richard Jefferson & Tristan Thompson are the only candidates those last 3 games.

how are championships won? Mike scored a bunch of point?. lol fkn childish.

LeBron was generational Primary Scorer, Floor General & Defensive Anchor in 2016. do you know how teams win championships?

Ok so now Scottie and Rodman with his 5 ppg are better than Wade and Bosh??

And that’s only when you’re pushing a narrative, because Rodman was a “plumber” on the Pistons right?

Rodman on the Pistons:

“Jordan played against weak teams”

Rodman on the Bulls:

“Jordan’s teams were stacked!!”

Who’s quotes are those because I didn’t say any of that in any post here tonight? You’re really just making sh*t up as you go. Rodman is also a top 5 defensive player and rebounder to ever play the game so yes he is better than bosh. Scottie is better than wade in literally every aspect except scoring

The greatest team ever is the 72-10 Bulls. You can’t be the best team ever and lose in the Finals. Those Bulls only lost 3 games TOTAL in the playoffs too including the Finals.

To be fair, the main reason the Warriors lost is injuries. But a loss is a loss.
If the bulls lost Rodman and kukoc they wouldn’t have been the same bulls. That warriors team is def the best team ever. They could beat you in any way and were elite on both sides. They didn’t rely on one player or run iso heavy sets. Generally speaking if you could slow down Jordan you would win the game, you could stop Steph and watch KD go for 40. That bulls team is the 2nd greatest team ever imo

I disagree.

Bron doesn’t have the accomplishments or talent on the court. He’s not a natural scorer, which is why he’s still flopping on layup attempts in his late 30s

His game never evolved outside of driving and kicking, or driving and layups + flopping.

Bron-Ball is HORRIBLE to watch, but he gets pretty individual regular season stats which is all y’all care about I guess

- 3 of the 5 lowest scoring playoff supporting casts for title teams
- The 2 lowest scoring playoff supporting casts for title teams

- Jordan is the only player to lead multiple top 10 lowest-scoring playoff supporting casts among title teams

Michael Jordan carried the Bulls.

BTW Michael Jordan is not missing the Playoffs with Anthony Davis.
They surrounded Jordan with a bunch of defenders and Scottie. They left MJ and Scottie as the only two scorers until Tony was signed to the team. Jordan also averaged over 20+ fga when the league average for team shots in the mid to late 90’s was 79-82. You had him taking 25% minimum of the team shots lol it’s not a carry job when your team has the #1 and arguably #2 player in the league scoring and everyone else for defense it’s literally how the team was built so Jordan could flourish.

Not one person in history ever has talked or cared about no 30K-10K-10K until you LeBron fans started watching ESPN and Fox Sports on repeat everyday

You dudes constantly cherry pick bullsh*t stats. Talking about 30K-10K-10K but not 4-10 in the Finals

I never said anything about his finals record not being a hindrance on him that’s one. Secondly no one talked about it because it wasn’t close to happening until this season. No one talked about a player scoring 100 until wilt did it, that doesn’t make it an espn stat it just means no one thought it was possible. no player has ever passed AND scored at the elite level lebron has for 20 years. No player has ever been this elite for this long. Lebron can still put up 25+ a game for the next 2-3 years at minimum the way he looks. 20 years of dominating plus break multiple records along the way is why lebron is put ahead of Jordan by multiple people. Jerry west was considered the goat before Kareem and he was 1-9 in the finals. Only you espn watchers started talking about finals records once he lost to the stacked spurs with bums on his team that wouldn’t have been there if it weren’t for bron.

The fact that 20 years ago lebron had the pressure of being the next mj and 20 years later is being in the same conversation as mj is crazy

And the clowns on the internet that hate on him wasn’t even old enough to watch MJs rookie season so it goes to show most of the lebron hate is based off pure jealousy because they seen his whole career and still won’t acknowledge his greatness

I read all this dumb bullsh*t, specifically this part

So Jordan should score 45 and HOLD AN ENTIRE TEAM to 45? And if he can't then in your retarded brain the Bron is automatically better?

This is Bron, the same prolific defender that got cooked by a guard coming off the bench?

Bron fans will say anything

okay, Michael Jordan was the defensive anchor on a championship team. you need generational defense to go with that offense.

LeBron was a championship level Floor General & Defensive Anchor in 2016.

Magic's Lakers
Clyde's Blazers
Barkely's Suns

Gary and Kemp's Sonics
Stockton and Malone's Jazz twice in a row

Played against MULTIPLE NBA Top 50 players and was still the best player on the court every game. The Bulls also went 72-10 and 15-3 in the playoffs in 95-96

Now what excuse are you gonna come up with?

You are naming those players and that’s just going by name….

He played magic in his last year. He wasn’t elite. And wasn’t that lakers team injured?

And u also named ONE player on those teams. Ok….. who’s the OTHER stars? Cuz it’s a team effort

And stockton and Malone were 34 and 35

THE CHICAGO BULLS didn’t play any nasty competition. They were the stacked team. The Sonic went to one finals and never again

Lebron had to play the warriors 4 times straight. The inevitable warriors who then added KD

so show me a suns or blazers team that had the likes of KD, Klay, and curry

Jordan played one hall of famer per team in the finals. Lebron played 4 all stars, 2 MVPs and 4 hall of famers….

Michael Jordan retired three times and missed three years of his prime and still has more regular season MVPs, Finals MVPs, scoring titles and DPOY than LeBron.

Jordan was also robbed of five MVPs in 87, 89, 90, 93 and 97 and should've won 7 consecutive regular season MVPs and 10 overall.

Jordan is the consensus GOAT and the GOAT of GOATs and there's nothing you or Jordan's detractors and haters can do or say about it.
Lebron was robbed of multiple mvps, a DPOY and was 1 game from a scoring title last year. The competition level and average skill of an nba player now is drastically better than anything that was put on an nba floor in the 80’s and 90’s. I’m not even a detractor. I didn’t even once say lebron was the goat. I simply told you and the other people slobbing Jordan d*ck that y’all are hating on bron and not giving credit where it’s due.

Jordan was better in a balanced way, on both sides of the ball. On offense, he had a higher usage rate, but fewer turnovers. He also was more accurate from most places outside the 3 foot range. He led his team in scoring through his career and has the highest scoring average in NBA history. He has as many scoring titles (10) as LeBron, Steph Curry, and Wilt Chamberlain combined! He has more defensive win shares, a better career defensive rating, more Defensive Player of the Year Awards, more steals titles, and averaged more blocks. LeBron has been a defensive liability for at least the last 5 years.
Jordan never melted down for an entire series or got upset by an inferior team. This is a big one. LeBron really has taken his lumps for the 2011 Dallas Debacle. He wasn’t the best player on the floor. He wasn’t even the best player on his team! And this was Prime LeBron. Not only that, but he had been to a previous finals, had won a scoring title, was a back-to-back MVP, and had earned a reputation as a defensive stopper. To melt down at that level still has many shaking their heads. No one ever said, “Wow, that Michael Jordan is sure having a bad series!” Not ever.
Jordan is far more accomplished in less time. He has more scoring titles, he has more defensive 1st team selections. He has more Defensive Player of the Year Awards, he has more steals titles. He has just as many all-star MVPS, but more regular season MVPs, more Finals MVPs, and more championships. LeBron does have more all-NBA selections as well as more total numbers because he played longer. But Kareem has more games, minutes, seasons, MVPs, championships, all-star selections, points, rebounds, blocks, free throws, higher field goal %, and fewer turnovers than LeBron. He has a higher offensive career rating and better defensive career rating than LeBron, and also had more championships in high school and college. Oh yeah, LeBron didn’t go to college! Do those superior total numbers and accomplishments make Kareem a better player than LeBron??
The preponderance of evidence makes Jordan so consistently better than LeBron across the board that this really isn’t a fair discussion.
You’re also talking about the early 90’s which is commonly referred to as the watered down version of the nba because of all the expansion teams. You’re also forgetting Jordan played with two hall of famers in their actual prime while also having the best team in the league without question. Teams also couldn’t play the type of defense they do on players like lebron/giannis now.

Yes. I never said he didn’t, however he never played a team like the 07 spurs or The 2017-18 warriors. Him playing good teams while not facing anything near what bron faced in the finals can also be a thing. It’s not mutually exclusive.

This bullsh*t narrative about lack of competition is dumb. There were some good teams in the 80s and 90s
They were not better than that warriors team. You’re talking about the best scoring trio in nba history. That’s without counting draymond or their bench

I’ve watched Bron choke and fail multiple times. I’ve watched Bron play like sh*t and everyone else takes the blame. I’ve watched Bron get multiple good players traded and multiple good coaches fired.

Congrats to Bron on all those stats and numbers, but he can’t be a GOAT constantly failing and surrounded by controversy
So would it have been better if bron failed like Jordan and got smoked in the first and 2nd round of the playoffs instead of going to the finals and losing against some of the most stacked teams in nba history?
