Which one is worth buying?? Which is better for me? I'm 5'8 130lbs. I heard a lot about both and I heard they both were whey proteins I just need to know which one I should get so I can start taking it to get bigger.

if you're trying to gain weight then i'd say muscle milk. if your trying to build lean muscle mass w/o gaining too much fat, i'd say 100%.

i suppose you could use muscle milk as a total meal replacement, but i like real food better.

i take whey protein in the morning with breakfast and muslce milk before the workout, then whey protein right after the workout, then muscle milk before i sleep

take 100% ON Whey before and after your workout. Whey protein is digested into the body within 30 mins. So taking it around the time of your workout is ideal because the muscles receive the protein immediately after getting strained. THEN, take casein protein before bed, because casein protein is slowly digested over 6 or so hours. This means that as your sleeping, your body is receiving a small, steady dosage of protein.

Basically:
NO Xplode or Animal Pump before workout
100% ON Whey before and after workout
Casein Protein before bed

Muscle Milk before the workout wit maybeee a no explode if i decie to do that sh*t...

Muscle Milk and Whey after the workout...if not the no explode maybe Phosphogen HP for sum cretine...but idk bout that either...heard once yu stop and stop water it jus goes away

throw three meals in here...real food..

b4 bed a muscle milk also...

get a multivitamin...megaman sport, vitamin shoppe one a day, maybe whole food one a day...

lift heavy low reps..keep workin ya muscles till they failin...only work out 3 times a week.. get a lottttt of rest...and yull see resultsss

thinkin bout gettin sum glutamine and sum oil sh*t too....idk...

Once yall see the price of muscle milk vs optimum your gonna fu*k with the regular whey. You dont need the milk. its expensive and does the same thing. The difference will be in the fractions of a pound you gain.

i got both sitting in my kitchen right now...its 2 diff kinds of protein

whey is for post workout. its digested quickly allowing to feed your muscles right away. muscle milk is casein which digests slowly...if you workout in the afternoon or evening you may want to take this in the morning to give your body an even supply of protein throughout the day. if you workout in mornings or early afternoon you may want to take this an hour or so before bed. it will digest slowly while sleeping helping you grow muscle....i think they are both essential if you wanna go hard at training.

simple take both. whey upon waking, before workout. mix the muscle milk and whey POST work out. and eat within the hour as well. fyi muscle is NOT just casein, its a blend of proteins so it would be coo to take it post work out by itself. also remeber that whey digest so fast that all of the protein is not even absorbed. just because it says 25g's per serving doesnt mean your body is getting it all so take a few heaping scoops.
