damn, lol --- can't cats get some praise for their success, lol

yall arguing left and right --- and blaming advantages on race or the size of an album. Yall, kinda crazy with that -- at least for me -- if a cat put in the work, he deserves his praise & respect, yall feel me.

Just to clear up some of yall beefs, here's some research I did from the RIAA records (got them from a link in my billboard account) --- these's are the OFFICIAL RIAA's certifications....not lies, not hype, not info from artist development (what the rappers are told to say) - mind you its US-based, but this should answer questions about who sold more, and why others aren't on the list above. Reminder, RIAA does total reviews and updates their archives every 2 months - so trust their system. Just to educate yall, another big discrepency people always make is the reason why worldwide totals are never considered "true" is because (with the exception of SESAC) the performing rights agencies dont have an exact method or system to calculate overseas sales, plus is doesnt take into account the difference between promotionally distributed (sent to record pools and radio); retail cds (legally in stores); and bootleg/illegal copies (what the artist sells on their own). That's why the exact numbers that are followed and "documented" are ONLY what actually scans. With that said, here's yall list and dates:

Outkast - Speakerboxxxx/The Love Below (certified 11x platinum on 5/30/06)
Hammer – Please Hammer Don’t Hurt ‘Em (certified 10x platinum on 4/15/91)
The Notorious B.I.G. – Life After death (certified 10x platinum on 1/06/00)
2Pac – All Eyez On Me (certified 9x platinum on 6/18/98)
Will Smith – Big Willie Style (certified 9x platinum on 7/20/00)
Beastie Boys – Licensed to Ill (certified 9x platinum on 9/5/01)
2Pac – Greatest Hits (certified 9x platinum on 10/16/01)
Eminem – The Eminem Show (certified 9x platinum on 2/12/04)
Eminem – The Marshall Mathers LP (certified 9x platinum on 2/12/04)
Nelly - Country Grammar (certified 9x platinum on 4/27/04)
Lauryn Hill – The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill (certified 8x platinum on 12/17/01)
Vanilla Ice - To The Extreme (certified 7x platinum on 1/9/91)
The Fugees - The Score (certified 7x platinum on 11/16/00)
P Diddy & The Family - No Way Out (certified 7x platinum on 9/7/01)
Dr. Dre - Chronic 2001 (certified 6x platinum on 11/21/00)
50 Cent - Get Rich & Die Tryin' (certified 6x platinum on 12/9/03)
Nelly - Nellyville (certified 6x platinum on 6/9/04)
Salt N Pepa - Very Necessary (certified 5x platinum on 9/11/95)
Jay-Z - Volume 2, Hardknock Life (certified 5x platinum on 5/15/00)
DMX - And Then There Was X (certified 5x platinuem on 2/7/01)
2Pac – Are You Still Down [Remember Me] (certified 5x platinum on 10/19/01)
Wu-tang Clan - Wu-Tang Forever (certified 5x platinum on 1/29/02)
The Notorious B.I.G. – Ready to Die (certified 5x platinum on 5/15/02)
Snoop Dogg - Doggystyle (certified 5x platinum on 3/31/03)
50 Cent - The Massacre (certified 5x platinum on 12/16/05)
Mase - Harlem World (certified 4x platinum on 10/19/99)
Dr. Dre - The Chronic (certified 4x platinum on 1/11/00)
DMX - It's Dark & Hell Is Hot (certified 4x platinum on 12/18/00)
Eminem - The Slim Shady LP (certified 4x platinum on 12/18/00)
Eminem - Encore (certified 4x platinum on 12/17/04)

...now compare that to things like:
Michael Jackson - Thriller (certified 27x platinum in the US, on 4/25/05)
The Eagles - Eagles Greatest Hits (certified 29x platinum in the US, on 2/30/06)
