i'm just starting on muscle milk and it says to take 2 scoops everytime you take it, before & after workouts and before you sleep; but that's sooo fu*king expensive....should i just take one scoop three times a day?

How's that sh*t taste man? My buddy told me to get on that sh*t, but I hate the taste of all the protein powders out there.

well, without knowing the amount of protein per serving, what I can tell you is in most cases with supplements, the companies tell you to take more than you actually need so that when you do see the gains and run out of stuff, you run to buy more. That being said, I would cut back to two servings a day. One before your workout and one after. The one before bed is unnecessary.

muscle milk is ok cuz its one of the best tasting shakes, but it has alot of fat. Cookies and cream is the best flav. I took one scoop w 8oz of milk 3x a day it does the job

best tasting shake out there, throw some ice in there with the cookies and cream or mint cookies and cream, its like having a milk shake, dont worry about the fat if your training hard unless your overweight or something...yes protein cost money but get it in you through food or supplement
