i dont do exactly what this says but i made huge cutbacks and started playin basketball as much as possible

already noticing a difference after a month and a half

Great post, but i love to add my story here :)

Im not fat, but not fit, gained extra pounds cuz of no activity at all , so started a natural diet (vegetables and fruits only) for 2 months + 3 hours - 4 days a week in the gym, in this period i lost about 15 kilos, then decided to k!ll myself for a week (which i dont recommend) but cuz i can do it, so ive done a water diet (water only, for a week) and i lost 5 kilos in that week.

Now i feel im OK :), now started to make it stable (healthy food) with gym.

Maybe this is crazy, but for fast loose of weight, try it, but im not responsible if u died lol

I did this for a month and I lost about 10 pound when my teacher told me about this.
Drink:Water Only
Food:Fruits and Veggies Only
Workout:Basketball Or Anyother sports
