With regards to the breakfast question.. if your going the 'caveman route' which i mentioned, then I'd suggest steak and eggs for breakfast or possibly low fat bacon and eggs... good proteins anyways and if your up to it some for of veges

Oh ok then its all goood.. how long would it be before i see results.. i do 3 Sets of 6 Reps 3 times a day.. i jus use dumbells so im jus lifting weights.. squats, bout 30 sit ups and 30 push ups a night too.. iv been doin this for about 2-3 weeks my arms feel way tighteeeer...

here is the plan diet

breakfast 7:30 or 8:30am-whey protein shake(20g,130 cal) + frosty flaskes (2g, 240 cal)
after school(1:30 or 5:00(tues/wed) - whey protein shake(20g, 130cal) + lean cusine(need some quick food, 20-30 g, 230-330 cal)
after work out-(mass gainer 55g, 990 cal)
dinner-whey protein(20 g,130cal) + dinner (30-40 g, cal?)

roughly im taking it 163 g of protein and 2530 cal a day...im 150lbs, 6'1

how am i doing?

PS.. im a pharmacy major so going to the gym k!lls my time...my workout consit of lots of pushups.(standard and some vertical ) ..abs( bicycle..crunches..plank..)

150lb now(jan) by aug i want to be ( 200lb)....my body fat now is 13-14% by aug i want it to be 10-11..

i wont have time to go to a gym till may..

lmao for sum reason 3 months came 2 mind for me 2 lol...but even in 6 months 10 pounds a months is extremely unlikely...and if acheived most likely wont be maintained for very long unless you maintain exactly what you did to acheive it...its kinda like people takin pre-workout supplements n sayin yea so what in the end it made me workout harder which lead to more gain in muscle mass but as soon as they stop take it the effects of the supplement (intensity, focus and pumps these so called supplements provide) are gone and you wont be able to maintain the same intensity to a degree which will inevitably lead to some loss.

but hey this is motivation for you...i love proving people wrong so use my negative attitude to your advantage...n btw i kno this is your thread kosterzoo i didnt have any intention to throw spam in so from now on ill just let you answer the questions your more then capable of

read what i wrote...i do regular natural weight exercise...i cant go to lift WEIGHTS till may...

If you could gain 50lbs of lean muscle tissue in 8 months doing bodyweight work on a 2500 cal diet, EVERYBODY would be giants...

This is koster's thread, so I won't say too much, but you need more calories and consistent weightlifting to make any serious gains... Push-ups and crunches...? You aiming to put 50lbs on your chest and abs...? C'mon dog... Not to reign on you, but if you believe what you suggest is plausible, you're seriously deluded...

20-25lbs is an achieveable goal in that time frame, IF you're lifting weights from the go...
