Correct me if I am wrong, but how do you plan on screen printing these designs onto a hoodie and NOT producing them as custom made cut and sew? They are almost all repeat patterns, which means you would have to handle them as cut and sew because in order to produce repeats like those you first need to have the prints run off in large quantities in a factory on a large custom made printing drum. After which they would cut and sew the custom made prints according to your patterns specs.
The only ones that would be possible to execute with traditional screen printing is #16, and maybe #1 if you played around with the placement and took out the teal lines. Otherwise I don't see how it is possible to produce any of these without leaving spaces in between the prints, which on a repeat would look pretty weird to have gaps in between repeats. Not to mention if you are printing on a pre-made hoodie you won't be able to print anywhere near the seams if you want to maintain any type of quality.
Maybe I am missing something, but these don't look possible to produce based on the info you gave. I would seriously re-think these before going into production, or maybe consider working on getting just the ones mentioned above produced, because the others aren't really realistic for you right now and the set-up charges alone are going to k!ll you if you try and cover an entire hoodie with a traditional screen printing screen. Not to mention the quality will be horrific, regardless of whatever the screen printer told you.
Just trying to save you some cash. You got some nice stuff, but the designs aren't really ready for production as far as a start-up is concerned. Best of luck though.
