Idk, I'll let it be known about what i've been through. Some of those pics are embarassing but fu*k it, its not me anymore so who cares. My heaviest was probably in 1999-2001 when I was around 265 lbs.


And btw, im 19 now.. so i was about 12-14 when I was almost 300... sh*ts crazy to think back on now..

Just so you know, it can be done. I got fed up with eating junk food and feeling the way I did so I pretty much changed my whole lifestyle in a few years. The thing that saved my life was bike riding. I think I jumpstarted my metabolism with it and I lost so much weight riding my bike around my neighborhood for a whole summer (pretty much daily)

any tips u can give me on bulking properly, when i done it all i was eatin was fish and chicken, n doin lower reps of higher weights, but i dont think when i was 'bulking' it was workin too well, what u think? any tips?

its called eating clean. Meaning i eat only clean foods with very low fat, high protein and i dont eat carbs after 6pm. I do 30mins of cardio a day, i hate it with a passion but it must be done.

also filo, you dont have to do low reps and high weight. You can do medium weight as long as you are working the targeted muscle group. I dont know what my max on the bench is but i dont even go pass 225 now..lol. cause im already pumped and working that muscle group.

Also filo. when you start cutting, you are going to lose some muscle mass thats why you almost have to double your protein intake to maintain as much as possible. You are going to lose strength, but you will LOOK bigger than what you really are when you are ripped.
