In that time I had done a fair few. westside for skinny bastards (can be used for fat people like myself) and jim wendlers 531. cardio was jogging and boxing. and just eating less fast food.

and instead of drinking twice a week i would drink once a week (heavy, im a big drinker).

I think its cause the first one is smaller/compressed, so you see more of the lines/definition. If i made them the same size, i think the difference would be pretty noticeable... To me it is atleast.

I see a little difference but I really see no size. Just looks like you keep up on cardio and sit ups but do no lifting what-so-ever.

Wrestling basically is cardio, and situps lol. When we do lift, it's not weights, it's the opponent, or the sparing partner. im starting my bulking/lifting process now.

Yea man good work on lifting. Most people's pics on here that have posted pics have a very natural build. You don't....your workout and techniques will be much different than theirs will. And most people who will try to give you advice know nothing. I'm actually a certified personal trainer....shoot me a message if you want a workout or any tips on gaining weight and lifting.

alright weight training class at highschool was done (the semester just finished)....im going to do The Anabolic Diet which is pretty much high fat low carb on weekdays and high carb low fat on weekends.......then Rippetoes Starting Strength 5x5.
