thanks homie.

lets see, i dont really count calories. Since im skinny with a very high metabolism, i just eat everything in site. Which is why you see in the bulking pic, i picked up some unwanted fat.

As far as eating..i drink 3-4 protein shakes a day 50g a shake, plus eating 3 full meals, breakfast lunch and dinner.

But to me you have to be dedicated. Changing your body is more than just going the gym. Its changing your lifestyle. Like you just pig out on pizza and junkfood if you are a hardgainer. Thats where us skinny dudes have the advantage..lol. You have to MAKE time to go to the gym. Even if its for an hour. And you have to stick with it. I cant stand friends that want to work out with me and stop after 2 weeks.

Since im a skinny cat, after the first 3 months when OTHER people started to notice my body changing that sh*t just motivated me more. Man im telling you its nothing like taking off your shirt, or wearing a smedium shirt and chicks and grown women just watch you. They know you s3xy, you know you s3xy sh*t is GREAT!!!

Just stay dedicated. ill try to answer questions to best of my ability but im just like you guys still trying to find that perfect supplement and workout routine.

lol. thanks guys. i need to take a more current pic. i should be around 180 hopefully by now. Just finished a protein shake..yummy.

Stay dedicated. dont stop going to the gym. do you have any pics. lets see you guys. i think you should post your pic and post one every 6 months so we can see your progress or if you are bullsh*tting.

Word yea, good work son... Considering your muscle belly shape, you actually have some serious potential... I'm talking comp potential, not just 'impressive wit shirt off'...

Chest and delts look full and the biceps are peaking nicely... How are the wheels and back...? Lats could probably tolerate some work, but it's hard to tell without a lat spread pose...

What's your stats? Like 5'8", 180 ish...? Lifts...?

i need to take some pics of my back. My wheels are comming along nicely since i switched to the BFS program. Im doing deads and squats wide legged. So my inner thighs are starting to grow. i really could use some work on my freakin calves. They make my legs look smaller than they really are, well thats what im wife says. ill try to take some pics later on this week. I had to take the last 4 out of 7 days off cause of work and just over working my body. SO hopefully by the end of labor day weekend ill have some current pics up of my whole body.

and i hear you on that motivation...

im 6'4-6'5 and at one point was weighing 330-340

im now at 285 and losing fast...its the best motivation in the world when all you hear from people is "you look good" and "damn, what diet you on?"

and i feel you on that dedicated sh*t...thats why right now im on hydroxycut hardcore and the gym 2x a day...

props though...and congrats...cuz i know you pullin bi*ches now...haha

I was the same way; skinny in HS at 5'11 150, to 230 about 3 years later of hard lifting and dieting.

good sh*t fellas...daym....i started out real skinny also...125 and its been a year and I'm up to 165....but now i'm just having a real hard time tryina gain...not sure of what i should do now...I've been eating a lot and since I got to 165, i noticed my belly starting to get bigger...so to me that means i cant really pig out any more...

do you guys have any suggestions on what i should do?

here's my routine:
lift heavy (one muscle a day) and run 2 miles a week. I eat real heavy (up to 6 full meals a day on top of 3 protein shakes a day).

Incline and regular bench press, flys, dumbell press (chest)
squats, deadlifts, calf exercise (legs)

curls, dumbell curls (biceps)
skull crusher, pulley pull downs (tri's)
situps (stomach)
seated cable row, closed grip pulldowns (back)

THOSE ARE MY USUAL EXERCISES ON EACH MUSCLE...I know people said change it up, how can I go about doing that....I really need help...I'm stuck under 170 and usually fluctuates from 165-168...I'm trying to get to 185 by the end of the year....

how much water do you drink? You can expand your stomach by drinking hella amounts of water. which means you can eat more food.
