^^he's right, i work in a process service business, and to serve him the papers to go to small claims court would prolly b more trouble than the shirts worth, but on a side note if you have info like his first and last name and what state to look for him in, i can always do some pi sh*t at work and find his address for you two

Looking up people's information like that is illegal. You would have to pay someone like between 20-60 to get a whole background check on someone.

If you're going to go to court and file a claim, like the dude said above me you're going to spend way more money with court costs and civil sh*t than what the shirt costs.

1. Always ask for tagged pics of the item you're buying. Especially with the date on it, and his sn/e-mail.

2. Make sure you do it in places like E-Bay, where there is buyer & seller protection. Also if you're doing transactions on Paypal make sure you are doing with verified/confirmed addresses of the paypal account.

But it is your fault, sorry to say. Because you should know better than doing business on the internet without any proper ways of going about it. Internet has its scams and frauds, and you should be able to detect it

Paypal can't do nothing, since you sent money to unverified seller. That is not in their control, they can't do anything. They just see it as you giving gift or present of money to some undisclosed person.

Paypal will tell you that you should call the cops in your area and in his area, and file a claim. But why waste all that money and go through all that waste of time in your life.

Stop buying from the internet, do it with E-Bay or places that have buyer/seller protection

Take it from me, I know a lot of people that work for Paypal. I have done dozens of transactions through paypal, buying and selling. Never got scammed or scammed anyone.

I know the whole do's and dont's of the internet business. It is not paypal's fault that you're dealing with unverified people. It is not in their control.

Learn from your mistakes, and don't repeat it. You do a mistake once, and it is considered an accident and maybe the other person's fault. But if you continue to do the same mistake, then the problem is not with BathingApeMan or with the other Internet Sellers, but with yourself for letting yourself to get into a position to have money taken from you.

I know a lot of representatives from Paypal. But I no longer use it, because I am currently poor when it comes to living necessities and almost going bankrupt because of credit card payments. My credit is below average, and I live in the South Bronx. So I can no longer afford anything except clothes. So I console myself with buying clothes.

But the government pays my rent.

Nah I aint defending him.

If a dude starts putting info of my whereabouts and my location and my name, then best believe I'm taking it as if somebody is gonna do me something.

Just remember, if you do something you gotta face the consequences. You can go try to act like Terminator and Rambo in the hood, cuz you wont last long.

Is 75 dollars really worth you getting into a situation you may not be ready or able to handle?

I respect your hardwork for that money, but take proper precaution. But like I respect your hardwork for the money, I gotta respect a n*gga hustle, ya feel me?
