I know it is high in protein, but a whole avacado has like 300 cals and 30 grams of fat

if you want to lose fat.
DO NOT eat fruit if your not going to exercise later on that day ESPECIALLY BANANAS. because fruits are pretty much fruitcose which is a sugar (carb) and will stay in your body and turn to fat if you wont exercise later on

banana before training is good. give you energy

fruits are filled with sugar, but it isnt the refined sugar thats found in things like cookies. But its still sugar, but since they contain so much fiber and vitamins, and complex carbs, theyre good to eat because the positive definetly outweigh the negative

All of them are good for you whether your are on a cutting cycle or a bulking cycle. But here's a list of the good ones and some that some people say aint so good.

The Best Ones
Beans
Greens (spinach, cail, Collard)
Asparagus
mushrooms
cucumbers

The Bad ones
Carrots
potatoes

Thats about it but watch out the amount of Fruits you eat with a lot of sugar in them its aight to eat a couple a day but thats about it.
