can u gain mass doing that sh*t? the running man?
At first sure a little mass gain but when the resistance never changes and your doin 10+ reps then you start goin to train for muscle endurance...Definatly not doin much for strength unless you can barely pull ure bodyweight 8 times or less.
Conclusion: Excellent for upper body conditioning, mediocre for mass/strength gains especially in the lower body where it is not even hit. If your guna get into bodyweight exercises there was a thread here posted a little while ago using leverage to implement a greater amount of resistance in bodyweight exercises...ill c if i can find it.
