Im bored Im just curious what you guys max out at?

Right now Im at 465 and Im tryin to hit 500 by August

That sh*t is ridiculous. I haven't bothered to max since the bench I have only has 100 pounds in weights, and the bar is like 5.

Im benching 250 x 2 right now with the bar, the olympic bar weighs 45 lbs plus the plates fyi guys

Last time i benched i did 250 x 2 , 225 x 8, 185 x 16, 155 x 10 then quick drop to 135 x 5

I weigh 240

educate yourself before you say its bullsh*t.

It is perfectly possible to bench 500 lbs it takes awhile to get to but it can be done.

Also Im only benching 250 right now, but when I started I could barely do 135, by the end of summer Ill be at 350 guarantee it

If you really know weight lifting you would know that, your bench doesnt go up more then 100lbs in 6 months, Im not hating on you or anything but it doesnt work that way if your doin it without juice even with juice 100lbs would be tough, unless you were doin cycle after cycle.............and im not just an avid weightlifter who doesnt really know his stuff

also it is possible for 500lbs, but no one on boxden is doing it, there are guys about 280lbs pure muscle at my gym bodybuilders, and they aint doing 500lbs, dont get me wrong some people could, but not this kid on boxden, Im bettin either he doesnt lift and realize how much that is or is just a liar

and come on piff be real, u aint benchin no 465. biggest dudes at my gym dont even bench that much. seeing is believing though, post a pic.

to all the haters im just turned 20 Im 245.Ive also been the strongest on my football team by year Im gonna do like this

Junior-380
Senior-410

now Im at 465 it takes hard work


right now my workout is

5 sets of 8 with 320lbs- flat bench
4 sets of 8-270lbs-incline
4 sets of 10 110lbs-flat bench dumbells
4 sets of 8 90-inlcine dumbells
then end it with flies and pushups

post a pic then and it doesnt have to be showin your face, just post a pic of your chest or body (no homo)..........seein is believing, and also to tell you the truth judging by what your working out with 465 wouldnt be your max and for someone that lifts that much they wouldnt be doing the type of workout your doing both dumbells and regular bench for BOTH flat and incline so I find your story highly likely, but hey it could be so prove us wrong and post a pic with a salute and you got props from me for now on everyday

I was 6'0" @ 240lbs and doing 265lbs X 10 Reps X 3 Sets on the flat bench.....that was prior to getting injured.....nowadays......ya'll don't want to know it’s embarrassing......

But no hate to any of ya’ll but IMO I think one rep max is pointless, that’s the type of sh*t I used to do in High School…..

WTF to the people who are asking if you count the bar weight?!?!?! Of course you do (BTW the standard bar weight is 45lbs for ya'll who don't know) that just tells me that the people asking that don't really spend time in the gym or you’re a youngin just staring out in the gym….

how would you know what someone works out with benches 465 when you cant even bench it?
