both are truely classic, i'm a loyal Nas and Wu fan but i chose Enter The Wu simply because it had a greater number of tracks

This is actually one of the many polls that is actually a great comparision.

Love both albums to death, i think the only album i like better than this is "Ready To Die".....

Gonna have to side with Nas on this one down to the fact that Nas' effort is better lyrically.

uhhh wutang again and again...
problem is that these albums truly are comparable. 36 chambers has such sentimental value to me. it is my favourite album of all time. illmatic is real nice though. heres my opinion...

this ones pretty close but imma give it to illmatic...at 19 coming with those lyrics nas was on another level...but the impact that enter the 36 chambers had on hip hop is immense...it was the dawn of the new hip hop dynasty in the wu...i remember the days when the wu was all over the place...WU WORLD ORDER...but no track on the wu joint can fu*k wit ny state mind, one love, it aint hard to tell etc.

I gotta go with 36 Chambers. When 36 Chambers dropped that sh*t blew my mind, it forever changed the way i looked at hip hop. Illmatic it a truely dope / classic album but it didn't have the same effect on me that 36 did.

Illmatic. Enter the Wu was crazy though, I recently peeped it for the first time and it automatically gained entrance into my top 10.
