im a new employee at sprint, going through my training and what not.
just had red carpet training for the ReadyNow program sprint's running.

my brother manages Concord Mall in Delaware, i work there too
the whole staff is from philly though. but anyhow

i currently am under a contract, on my moms plan. me and her share a plan.
now, being as im an employee of sprint now, and im 18, i can both open my own account, and start my sprint employee plan

heres my question.

anyway to avoid the 200$ cancellation fee for breaking my contract early (on my moms), to get the Touch Pro, and also, is it possible to waive any additional fees like my down payment after my credit is run?

i did the math and the phones looking to run me for about 700 after everythings all said and done, so im trying to see what corners i can cut within the company

seein as your a little more experienced, figured id ask you and see what you had to say

Just got $453.00 Credit to my Account Plus My Sero Plan Back (Instinct Phone)

Just got off the phone with Retention
My situation:
Before I upgraded to the Instinct Phone in June
I had a Samsung A900 and was on the $30 Sero Plan
Of course when I upgraded to the Instinct I lost my sero plan.
At at the time they said the Phone wasn't compatible with the sero plans.
In order to get the phone they had to switch me to the $99 Plan
I made them put a notation on my account saying after July 13th I could call sprint and switch back to the sero plan. At that time the rumor was that the new sero plans would be available after July 13th.
Well today I finally called them back to switch to the sero plan and of course nobody knew what I was talking about. One person said sero doesn't exist.
I then called Retention and complained. The retention person did a conference call contacting the employee department. Because there was a notation on my account saying I could switch back after July 13th they had to honor. that.
They 1st tried to switch me back to the $30 plan.

Funny thing is they ask if they could call me back when they finish. I said yes but never hung up. I put the phone on mute and heard their whole conversation. The employee department lady said the old sero codes are suppose to expire on Oct 13th but she later found out there is no way she could put the instinct phone on the $30 plan after running to speak with her supervisor a few times.
What they ended up doing. My current balance is $80
The price difference between the $30 and new $59 plan is $29.
They gave me a credit of $29 for the next 18 months on my account giving me a credit of $453.00 since they couldn't honor their promise of switching me back to the $30 plan. The math doesn't add up because my plan has to be prorated.

So I don't have to pay a phone bill for a looooooooooong time

okay i'm getting tired of this service. I still can't get a fu*king service inside my house. I have to step outside the house to talk to someone. They said that they would have poll built near my house by 2009 lollll this is fu*king very sad I don't know what the fu*k I'm doing staying with them. Anyone can help me cancel the contract without paying damn over $200? i really need to get this sh*t out and i'm on sero plan and paying $60 instead of $30. i'm really pissed off right now. I'm talking to this noob on live chat and shes pissing me off aswell. please someone?

listen up. you had 30 days to ensure yourself that you got reception inside your house. 30 days is a long time. when i switched to tmob i got nothing inside my house. what did i do? i cancelled the damn service the very next day.

who's at fault? the big bad company or the guy that didn't do anything about it WHEN HE HAD THE CHANCE?

it's like when people come into my store and bi*ch cuz they went over their text messages or minutes. they asked me to credit them. what justifies a credit? you used the damn service. it's your fault. i dont see you calling the power company and telling them to saying you didn't mean to use up all that energy last month. grow some and man up and pay the damn fee. sell the phone. make some money back. rob a bank.

How long will it take for a sprint phone to have a clear ESN if it is not reported stolen or lost and the line is on suspension, I was told until the contract is over but someone else said 3 months. Props to anyone who can confirm this for me.

hey I bought a sprint off of eBay, the Mogul, it was listed as clean esn. When I got it, I called to make sure it was clean and it was. I bought it for a friend of mine, so about 2 weeks later when we go to do her ESN swap, its now reported lost/stolen

anything I can do to still get it activated??

File a claim with ebay. I was always noid that someone did that to me. If it's reported lost or stolen you have a nice phone for parts.
