I just came from my college gym and they close there at 530. I came in there at 450 so I didnt get to finish all my exercises. I got to finish all my squats and deadlift sets. I was going to do the calve raises also but didnt have time. Is it ok to this 2morrow

I wouldn't ...your body needs time to rest ..pick it up the day after next.

depends on how much volume and the intensity in terms of your 1rm you used the day before. but it sounds like you deadlifted and squated on the same day?!?! that seems abit much by itself but to each his own.

ya its fine. Even if u do a bit more than calf raises....it won't hurt to do 2 days in a row unless u do it very often.

legs are such a big muscle that most people normally dont do them right... there are many parts to the legs just as the upper body... to answer ya question yes it defineitly is ight to do, in fact i suggest doing this as you cant really hit all the parts of the legs in one workout session.
