what kinda tuna are you buying...starkist chunk light has 0 grams of fat..and about 33 grams of protein per can. I'd be more worried about the mercury content than the fat. just cut out the mayo...or go real light on it....or learn to make tuna fish casserolle.

^^ Yea, to add to that, I heard its not good to eat tuna on a regular basis because of the mercury it contains.

ya, not healthy, everything in moderation, switch it up w. eggs and chicken and other high protein items, cause that mercury aint good for u

Some canned tuna ain't that good, still, fish is an amazing source for lean protien and omega-3 fatty acids which hey stimulate muscle growth, recovery, weight loss, and everything else.

Just for those, I would take the risk of the mercury.

yup ...... thats why i eat tuna occasionally when i feel like i did a good job on a workout ....... anyways i found something tastes like mayo ..its a whip which is 65% less fat than mayo itself and tastes just like it(has extra omegas and sh*t). BTW i never said tuna was fat but it does have some (the one i eat) i might go try find some tuna products where they might cut down the salty portions like "chunk light"...... thx for the feedbacks ya basturds!!
