only done it twice so far, but it does get my abs burnin like a muthafu*ka though, so i guess thats a good sign

do it every other day, sometimes two days in a row. have done it for about 3 1/2 weeks and i've noticed improvement.


i reccomend it if you can put in the effort.

i see yall gettin results... imma just start doin it too... question though... how yall be watchin that vid when doin the workout?.. my computer is not in my room so i cant really do it there.... and my dvd player doesnt have that divx... so what can i do?? vcd... laptop...

Try to memorize the exercises, it's not hard. I watched the video twice, after that I did it in my room in the morning. I reccomend you add butterfly kicks to this workout.

Tried it in the past, like anything if you stick to it (at least a month or so) if you don't see results, you'll feel results.

unless you already have a low body fat %, dont expect to see abs if you have a gut.

been doin it....but neck is hurtin and cant really egt through the full 45 seconds of each.....lol...i get tired and stop half way the vid

If your neck hurts, that means you're doing the exercises wrong. When you have your hands behind your head, its supposed to rest your neck from strain. What I do with the exercises that don't have the hands resting my head, I have a pillow behind me or put my hands behind my head anyway. But neck strain isn't supposed to happen, but most people start off doing that, you'll figure out how to work it with time. Hope that helped. And I noticed when I started working my abs, that my stomach went in. Not like it's going to be a six-pack, but it's toning up that excess skin I had when I was a bit bigger.

exactly wat i was goin 2 say.....after a few days you will learn how to use just your abs

also wen u put your arms behind your head, dont pull your head up with them....look at the way he holds his head...very lightly for support only

I am going to do it 2x a day more often to get my six pack tighter

But between this and benching I am getting ripped

yea, dont expect to see abs if u got jelly rolls on ya stomach

first, get all that fat off ya stomach then start doing this, its works real good

u might need to put variations on it to work out the areas u really need

It burns fat

8 minutes of crunches twice a day will burn fat trust me :D

of course you can't do this then pig out and lower body fat - this is in addition to your exercises

anyways stfu just do em and stop asking questions

yeah make sure your neck has support from your arm this isn't a neck workout

also I try to stretch my neck muscles before - sounds obvious right?

lower bodyfat and weighted crutches simple as that no 8min ab program nothing best way thats how real bodybuilders do it ... leaves thread

too much people are uncouraging this program and u gotta do other stuff first like lower bodyfat = cardio = good diet program
