The price of a new paint job

Hello,

My Black 1998 Honda Accord LX is in need of a little TLC.

I'm in the Marine Corps and stationed in Yuma, Arizona. The sun here is ravaged the paint job and left several "bald" spots in the paint job.

I want to repaint the car Satin Silver (as the winds and dry heat give a nice coat of sand that's noticeable on the black paint). And wanted to know if any of you knew the going rate for a good paint job. I don't really want to pay over $1,000.
