in wut way will it be louder..its loud enough lol..unless you listen to the ipod without the headphones in your ear..or you just like to blow the ipod speakers...its loud enough for me so i dont see why i would install software into my ipod..

well if u have a European iPod... the volume max is much lower then the North American iPod's... because of the EU Volume Restriction..

Some french dude sued apple cause of ear damage after listening to music through his ipod and after that apple shipped all their ipods in europe with this EU volume restriction.
