Speechless is right....

Interesting facts from IMDB:

Oliver Stone wrote this film while f*ghting a cocaine addiction.

This movie uses the word "fu*k" 218 times in all. (which contradicts why Blink-182 said they put the "182" in their name)

Brian De Palma liked the script so much that he dropped out of directing Flashdance (1983) to direct this film

Steven Spielberg visited the set and helped to direct one shot. It is a brief shot of the Colombians in the final shootout at Tony's mansion.

The film was given an X rating 3 times (original, 2nd, and 3rd cuts) by the MPAA until director Brian De Palma pulled in a panel of experts, including real narcotics officers, who stated that the film was an accurate portrayal of real life and should be widely seen. This convinced the 20 members of the ratings board to give it an R rating by a vote of 18-2. DePalma then decided to release the original version of the film, since all 3 versions had been given an X rating and he felt the differences were insignificant.

BodyCount: 42

The international corporation set up by Saddam Hussein to launder money from his various enterprises was called Montana Management.

It is a mystery to director 'Brian De Palma' himself, whether the cocaine 'Tony Montana'(Pacino) sniffs during the ending is indeed real or not. 'Al Pacino' has been asked this question numerous times, but all he replies is that he prefers not to say, as "it would take away someone's belief of it."

John Travolta was considered for the role of Manolo Ray.

And there ya go...

But prefer Goodfellas and Godfather. But it's definitely a good story. If some of you haven't peeped it, check out City of God.
