It's incredibly easy to eat healthy, the most difficult part is self-control.
What I learned is that the best way is to just not buy food that is not good for you and bring it in your home. Because when you have junk food in your home, you will reach for it, when you don't have it, you wont eat it. Everybody loves to snack when they are at the crib, you can snack on healthy foods; dried fruits like apricots, dates, figs, nuts, fruits, veggies, dried meats, popcorn without that artificial butter stuff, water, natural juices no added sugars, etc. go for grass-fed meats, grass-fed milk/butter, try to eat as little as bread/flour as possible. Incorporate probiotic foods in your meals like sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt, etc. You got to retrain your taste buds.
And ask yourself, when do I eat food that isn't healthy for me the most? it's probably when you go out, at least it is for me, 95% of food you eat out is not going to be good for you, the other 5% is going to be healthy but a little pricey, and unless you're out by yourself, nobody that you're with is going to be down for it.
I sometimes even do intermitted fasting with the 16:8 method:, I stop eating at 8pm and have my first meal at 12pm the next day, and then eat during an 8-hour window.
