-I said this in another thread and RIP to DMX but he got ran out of an old (now gentrified) Toronto project housing area called Regent Park for not showing love and including the locals in the scenes when they filmed "Exit Wounds".
-Drake apparently got robbed for his jewels in Toronto around the start of his mainstream career/So Far Gone days as numerous disgruntled Toronto rappers (Dre Barrs) said Drake was a snitch for reporting this to the police, which is stupid as Drake is not a street rapper and has more to lose if he didn't.
-Insane Clown Posse used to call themselves Inner City Posse as their rap duo name. Inner City Posse was a set/gang in Detroit. However, the labels didn't want to promote gang/turf politics so using the same acronym, they changed it to Insane Clown Posse. Ironically, their "Juggalo" gimmick took on a life of its own and has now been classified as a gang. I heard this as I briefly lived in Windsor right across from Detroit and a lot of Detroit people told me that when discussing the music scene.
-Ja Rule was been banned from certain clubs in Toronto that closed down ages ago for getting into f*ghts during the height of the G-Unit/Inc. beef as other club patrons were dissing Ja nonstop due to his 50 beef.
-Krayzie Bone and Layzie Bone were throwing subliminal disses at each other on the track, can't give it up.
-In an old XXL magazine, according to Ja and Irv, Benzino drove 50 Cent to the hospital after Fif got jumped by the Inc.
