And i've found it.
A song originally written for Paris Hilton, ‘Daddy’s Girl’ is an unmemorable yet inoffensive country-pop ballad, reminiscent of Leann Rimes and of Shania Twain. With lyrics like ‘you’re a honey man, dipping in your finger like Winnie-the-Pooh’, it’s hard to give this song any credibility; if I were Fiona Culley I’d have happily let Paris take it off my hands.
Yup, it was released in 2006, by Fiona Culley.
Originally penned with Paris Hilton's pop career in mind, Culley reportedly fell so completely in love with the song that she had co-written with producer Ryan Laubscher that she decided to keep it for herself.
