it's harder than doing regular pull ups because of the grip up top and door being in the way.

Bruh when I use to do these then I went to the reg pulls it was easier.

Try also putting a towel up top for more comfortable grip or gloves or even both

Edit: you gotta put something under the door to stabilize it, it's in the video, I'm sure some of y'all didn't watch it and think it's crazy lol

The way I know that this is true is when I go to the gym barely anyone does pull ups. You'll see a few do it here and there and you can tell it's a struggle.

Yo I've been doing pull ups for a while now and when I do pull ups I do

4 second hold up top

4 second slow eccentric going down and back up fast

I can do that about 5 times minimum and everytime I do it people be staring lol

I had a few folks ask me how I do it so effortlessly lol

It's quite hard tho
