I'll wait til March because things can dramatically change. We've seen some have a sh1t start and turn it around in their late 20s. Also some be the talk of the town and not amount to much.

He's too young to be a bust, let's start right there!

I think for Scoot it hits different because when they were saying he was the greatest American sports prodigy since LeBron in terms of being the youngest professional American player ever at age 16 they were pointing out osmething not as obvious about his game that I've uncovered.

Scoot was the best conditioned 16 year-old of all-time. He's really built more like a track and field athlete or footballer more than an NBA player. n1gga should be playing for Arsenal! LOL

Physically he was NBA ready then in terms of how hard he worked in the gym. He was doing high-performance training that simply no teenager was doing or had access to do. When LeBron says he spends $1M USD on his body a year, Scoot has had access to not that kind of money but the kind of high-performance training. At 17 he was in the G-League doing REAL NBA training.

He was like OJ Mayo, a grown man at 16. But Scoot's expectations coming out of high school were higher because he was to the USA was Wemby was to France.

The difference is Wemby can have his struggles but he's still 7'5, 8-inch wingspan, so as long as he runs and stays moving he's going to stumble his way into 20 points, 11 boards and 3 blocks because he's a true unicorn. And not a unicorn like Kristap or Shawn Bradley or even Dirk but a true unicorn like Wilt, Kareem, Artis Gilmore, Ralph Sampson, etc...

I'm talking about these guys that are over 7'1 in sh0es, have nearly 8 feet wingspan, and can run the floor like guards and moves like ballerinas in space.lol.

But Scoot is in the mold of too many PG's to name from Rod Stickland to Steve Francis to Starbury to KJ to Morant, Rose or Westbrook. Only he doesn't do anything as good as they all did things that were great.

So, I think we have to also give him time to improve his ski1lset. Bron, worked on his body more than Kobe and Jordan which is why he's still around doing things at an advanced age that they were doing in their peaks.

Scoot worked more on his performance than actual ski1ls because he was so athletic he had no comp. In the NBA he's playing the toughest position. A point guard is a QB, give him 2 years.

I know, on average it takes players 3 years to get really good.

If you look at Kobe first couple of years they were poor compared to after.

Dude's love to sh1t post but this is BX so it comes with the experience.

I love scoots abilities....he just isnt confident right now, he has to just stop thinking and ball....he had a few bad games early and got in his head it seems to me.... he will find his stroke and develop nicely imo

People in here defending this dude .. this dude hasn’t even shown flashes of good. “Let him develop” “let him learn” .. he ain’t a QB .. in the NBA you can see it/not see it 5-10 games in. He can’t shoot the 3 .. dude reeks!
