Most Americans barely have $500 in savings. They aren't spending 40% on one physical. People in other industrialized countries are not spending the equivalent of $200 on a physical.
Exercise might be free but time in America is not and the stresses of life in America accumulate.
And no, fresh healthy food is not cheaper than processed crap. That is cap.

People in other industrialized countries pay for it in other ways. Whether it’s a significant tax, waiting ages to see the doctor, not being able to choose your practitioner (a huge issue), or never getting to see the doctor, period.
Those who financially cannot afford the care have options such as Medicare/Medicaid and clinics that provide these basic routine services for little or no money.
You’re literally arguing against living life healthy and not even trying.
