Francis is Francis but he wasn’t making or breaking the ufc by being there. And oversaturation is what the fans want. How else they gonna try to find stars and fan favs.

Competition is good. Ever since the UFC bought Pride, WEC and Strikeforce they've had a stranglehold on MMA.

The PFL is now in position to a least put on more compelling fights. They're still miles behind the UFC imo. Most of Bellator's roster was UFC retreads, they haven't made a dent in PPV sales, fighter marketing and overall global reach.

I don't see the PFL being a threat to the UFC anytime soon. Although fighter pay is something Dana needs to address.

but PFL with all the top bellator guys is massive, IF they can market well

Donn Davis is an American venture capitalist and entrepreneur. He is founder, chairman and co-owner of the Professional Fighters League, co-owner of e-sports team Team Liquid and founding partner of the investment firm Revolution LLC.

In 2017, Davis created and launched a new mixed martial arts company called the Professional Fighters League, which presents MMA in a sports-season format and is broadcast in 160 countries. Saudis will just do with PFL what they did with LIV and just merge into the TKO conglomerate. I think the Saudis are trying to buy into major corporations in roundabout ways. Pumping the PFL with money to make Dana sweat could work.

Needs to happen ASAP

They'll probably just end up absorbing the fighters eventually. If Bellator is failed on it's own, I don't know how it's going to survive off of just attaching the PFL name to it.

It might be good for them to absorb the female fighters now though. Bellator actually had a pretty stacked female roster and that could help the PFL now.
