yeah, but a lot of them are college graduates.

Id say we need to take a test and your score on it determines how much weight your vote has. everyone's vote would count, but if you have shown an understanding of the topic, you get 2 or 3 votes. And this is not to vote for a representative, but directly voting on issues.

Only problem is it would likely still be corrupt, racist and have manipulated results

but its better than what we doing now.
