Wrong on all sides this is poor conflict resolution. She was arguing with her some guy and her manager then sh1t got out of hand. There was a brief tussle then she pulled out and let off. Manager dead and she is charged with murder.

Can't claim self defense if you shoot someone in the back or they are running.

I am aware of the leniency on incarceration in some places these days, but the judge also being a female seems like the result of some gender bias, misandry bullsh1t. She clearly committed murder.

Yeah , I agree moment she was able to walk away. The self defense argument claim becomes difficult. She's going to need a really good defense team. But I get it two men just jumped on you think anyone would feel angry.

Judge probably viewed it as is she a danger to the general public or already overcrowded prisons.

Agreed. She wanted to ki1l them. The way she walked away to pull out the gun was like she didn't want them knowing she was strapped. She might have not wanted them to get theirs in time as well. It was 2 men, she knew that was only way at getting back. Plus the purse was on the ground and she couldn't get to it while being attacked

If she shot them while they was on top of her or even attacking her, now that could be self defense.

She walked away and they backed off. Everyone was going their own way and the incident was already over. At that point, not self-defense. It's murder. She's cooked.
