He wasn’t talking at all when he got to the hospital.

Immediately after the shooting he was talking, like when he told EDI to get on the ground because the police were going to shoot him. But by the time he was in the ambulance he didn’t ever speak again.

I've always looked at that the same way with Biggie. You rapping subliminal disses about a rapper you were at odds with and recently died. Puff should've removed anything sounding like a diss.
