It never made sense to me even when I was a kid and would hear ppl say that dumb sh1t.
No matter how good of a shooter it's not like they could avoid hitting you in the situation. If pac moved even an inch and a bullet missed him it coulda hit suge, bullets could even went right through pac and into him too.
There's no way your gonna have something to do with someone literally shooting right at you. He could've just as easily died that night too
